Checks are subject to verification and bank clearance before release of any product.

We partner with third-party financing and leasing companies. Payments via financing are subject to the terms of your signed finance or lease contract.

- Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received in full or financing is approved.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders suspected of suspicious activity.

Deposits are required for:
- Holding inventory
- Custom trailer builds
- Pre-order units
Deposit Terms:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
- Balance must be paid in full before trailer delivery or pickup
- Canceled custom orders may incur material and labor charges
π Invoicing & Receipts
- All transactions will include an invoice or receipt for your records
- You may request a digital or printed copy at the time of purchase
- Businesses may request itemized invoices with tax ID numbers for deductions
π Payment Security
We take your security seriously. Online transactions are encrypted with SSL technology, and we do not store full credit card numbers or CVV data on our servers.
All third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are PCI-DSS compliant and operate under strict financial data security standards.
β Missed Payments or Financing Defaults
If you are financing or leasing a trailer and miss a payment:
- Refer to your financing or lease agreement for late fees and consequences
- We may charge applicable late fees or repossess leased equipment as allowed by law

We welcome bulk and fleet sales. If you are a business or government entity:
- We can arrange Net Terms (e.g., Net 15/30) for qualifying buyers
- Trade references and credit applications may be required
