At Trailer Sales & Leasing, we aim to deliver your trailer, equipment, or accessories efficiently, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms of shipment for orders within the United States and international deliveries, including freight, processing timelines, and customer responsibilities.
What We Ship
We ship a wide range of items, including:
- New & used trailers (flatbeds, enclosed, horse, gooseneck, etc.)
- Trucking equipment
- Trailer parts and accessories
- Apparel or branded merchandise
- Documentation (titles, paperwork, manuals)
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time
- Parts and accessories: Ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- In-stock trailers: Available for dispatch/pickup within 3–7 business days
- Custom orders: Lead times vary (typically 3–6 weeks); you’ll receive ETA updates
- No shipments processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
Delivery Methods
We offer several options:
- Freight carriers: For trailer delivery to your home, business, or shipping yard
- Local pickup: Free from our location with valid ID and proof of purchase
- LTL or UPS/FedEx Ground: For smaller items (e.g., accessories, parts)
Delivery method is based on your order type and destination.
Delivery Area
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Additional arrangements can be made for:
- Alaska & Hawaii (case-by-case with surcharges)
- PO Boxes (limited to small parts, not available for trailers)
- Military addresses/APO/FPO (parts only)
Freight Details for Trailer Delivery
- Trailers are delivered via licensed freight companies or professional haulers
- Curbside delivery only — drivers are not responsible for setup or unloading
- You must inspect for damage upon arrival and sign the Bill of Lading
International Shipping
We proudly ship parts and trailers to international customers. You are responsible for checking your local import regulations before ordering.
Available Regions
We ship internationally to:
- Canada & Mexico
- Select countries in Europe, the Caribbean, South America, and Africa

Duties, Taxes & Customs
- International buyers are responsible for all import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes
- Customs processes may delay delivery; we are not responsible for these delays
- We do not mark items as “gift” or undervalue shipments
Shipping Methods for International Orders
- Freight forwarding (customer-provided or arranged)
- Container export for multiple trailers or bulk shipments
- International courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS) for small items only
We’ll provide an Export Invoice and Bill of Sale where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees cost start at $1000 depends on:
- The item size and weight
- Delivery address
- Chosen shipping method
- Time sensitivity (standard vs expedited freight)
You will receive a shipping quote during checkout or via invoice before payment.
We may offer free or discounted shipping on promotional items or bulk orders. Contact us to inquire about current offers.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For trailer deliveries:
- A dispatch team member will coordinate with you for estimated arrival
- You must be present at the delivery location during drop-off
Delivery Issues
Please contact us immediately if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your shipment hasn’t arrived within the quoted time frame
We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues. In the case of visible freight damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before contacting us.
Important Notes
- Signature is required on most deliveries of trailers and high-value parts
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for freight or international orders
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping policies or partners as needed for service improvements
